V Living - Hidden Gem in District 1 & Free Laundry

V Living is an apartment in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, offering air-conditioned studios on Nguyễn Bỉnh Khiêm street, each with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Every studio has a large king-size bed for up to two guests, so the property suits couples and solo travellers who want a private base in the centre of the city.

Each studio has air conditioning and a private bathroom with a toilet and a bath or shower. The room equipment also covers longer stays: a washing machine, a refrigerator, an iron, a wardrobe or closet, a clothes rack, linen and slippers.

Entertainment includes internet services, satellite channels and streaming services such as Netflix, with a flat-screen TV in each unit. Toiletries, a hairdryer and towels are provided, the property is non-smoking throughout, and a carbon monoxide detector is fitted.

The airport is 4.5 km from the property, so the transfer is a short taxi or ride-hailing trip. Saigon Railway Station is 2.9 km away and Ba Son Station 1 km, the closer of the two rail stops. For a view of the river, Nha Rong Wharf is 2.3 km away.

Several sights lie within a few hundred metres. The History Museum of Ho Chi Minh City and the Ho Chi Minh Campaign Museum are both 250 m away, and the Chùa Thiện Hạnh pagoda is 250 m too, a few minutes on foot. The Nhà Thờ Phanxicô Đa Kao church is 300 m away, and the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Gardens 450 m. Thi Nghe Market is 650 m from the property, and for the busier centre, Ben Thanh market, the Nguyen Hue walking street and the Opera House are also in District 1.
